Emka International Limited is a predominantly Maltese owned Bulgarian Company specialising in Real Estate and Property Development in the Batak, Pazardjik and Belovo regions of Bulgaria.

The company's main line of operation is property development. At the moment Emka is in the process of developing a block of apartments with underlying shops in Pazardjik City as well as a tourist club resort on the shores of Lake Batak. Other projects in the pipeline are the development of another club resort with mini golf facilities on the shores of Lake Batak and the development of a retirement home and sports complex at Maniekevo.

Through its recent association with Re/Max, Emka can now offer a wide selection of properties in Pazardjik and the surrounding areas.

The company is also specialised and equipped to carry out turnkey projects connected with land development and construction.
