Another project being considered by EMKA International is the Emka Spa & Leisure Estate Project. This will be a development spread over 35 dekars (35,000 square metres) of land on the shore of Lake Batak consisting of one or two double bedroom flats, semi detached three bedroom villas as well as four double bedroom villas.

This project can be sold as one whole entity or as individual dwellings. Since the plans have not yet been fully finalised purchasers are at liberty to amend the plans to suit their needs so long as these conform to the relative regulations.

We can also offer individual plots of land for sale and build the property to the client's specifications. The property can be delivered in advanced shell form or fully fitted and furnished and ready to move into.

This development will be self sufficient, having its own restaurant and facilities.

We will also consider going into partnership for the development of the project.
